Zone therapy, facial zone therapy, ear acupuncture (NADA), children's zone therapy, combination treatments (feet + face), healing, Qi Massage, psychotherapy and spiritual conversation. Each treatment is described in detail on /behandlinger.

Classical zone therapy works with reflex points on the feet corresponding to body organs and systems. Facial zone therapy does the same via points on the face — particularly effective for headaches, jaw tension and sleep problems.

Most treatments are 60 minutes (zone therapy, facial, healing, Qi Massage, psychotherapy, spiritual conversation). Children's zone therapy 45 min, ear acupuncture (NADA) 30 min, combination treatments 90 min.

Prices range from 500 kr (NADA, 30 min) to 1.200 kr (combo, 90 min). A zone therapy session costs 720 kr, facial 800 kr, psychotherapy/spiritual 850 kr. Current prices listed on each treatment page at /behandlinger.

By default 3 weeks ahead. Sanne can adjust this via admin settings if demand calls for it.

Online via Stripe — card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. MobilePay coming when Stripe launches it in Denmark (expected 2026). Punch cards also accepted.

Yes. Log in to /min-konto and cancel there. If you paid online, you get a full automatic refund within 24 hours of the payment time. Later cancellations require direct contact with Sanne.

You'll be notified and can either book a new time or get a full refund. Her closed days are already marked as not bookable.

A prepaid bundle of treatments — typically 6 zone therapy sessions for 4.025 kr. Once purchased, the credits show under 'My punch cards' on your account. At booking you simply choose 'Use credit' and skip the in-clinic payment.

1 year from purchase. You get a reminder 30 days before expiry.

Yes. Choose 'Gift card' under shop. The recipient gets an email with a personal greeting and a redemption code.

Unused credits can be refunded with written request to Sanne within 14 days of purchase. Redeemed credits are not refundable.

Three levels: 1) Intro day (1 day, 995 kr). 2) Weekend course — fundamentals. 3) 2-year zone therapist diploma (58.500 kr, 18 weekends) meeting RAB standards.

Online via 'Enrol' button on each course page — or by writing to Sanne if online enrollment is disabled. Pay outright or in installments.

Yes on the diploma — final practical and written exam. You receive a RAB-registered diploma when you pass.

Yes. Enrolled students get access to all modules, video lessons and PDFs at /uddannelse/[course]. Progress is tracked per lesson.

Chinese movement and breathing art — slow, meditative movements that balance energy (qi). Sanne teaches weekly and is planning an online subscription with video-based instruction.

Varying locations in Denmark and abroad — longer stays with Qi Gong, zone therapy, meditation and conversation. Current retreats shown at /retreats.

By default only you. You can choose to share a chat with Sanne via the 'Share with Sanne' button — for example to discuss something with her before your treatment.

Yes, if you're logged in. When you click the magic link in your email, your anonymous chats are bound to your account and available on all your devices.

No — Sanne has everything physical you need. Wear loose clothing and arrive 5 min early.

You don't need one to book as a guest. But if you create one (via magic-link on /login) you get access to punch cards, orders and your chat history across all devices.

Yes — full GDPR rights supported. You can export all your data or delete your account from /min-konto. Bookings are kept in anonymized form for Sanne's bookkeeping.
