Treatment bookings

Treatments are booked via our online calendar and paid by punch card, gift card, or Stripe at the time of booking. A booking is binding once you receive an email confirmation.

Cancellation: at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellation or no-show is deducted as a used punch / payment.

Punch cards and gift cards

Punch cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from issuance per Danish law.

Unused punches and gift cards are not refunded in cash, but can be transferred to another person.

Qi Gong subscription

The subscription runs monthly and auto-renews on the same date each month via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from My account — access remains active until the next billing date.

Courses and digital products

Online courses, audio files, and e-books are delivered digitally immediately after purchase. By purchasing digital content you accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once you begin consumption (Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(13)).

Physical courses may be cancelled without reason up to 14 days before start with full refund. Later cancellation refunds 50% up to 7 days before, then no refund.

Physical products

Books and other physical items are shipped with GLS or DAO. Delivery time 1–4 business days within Denmark. 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt if the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Warranty

Physical goods have 24-month warranty per Danish Sale of Goods Act. Contact mail@sanneandersen.dk for defects or missing items.

Disputes

Disputes are resolved amicably where possible. Failing that, complaints may be brought to Center for Klageløsning or via the EU online dispute portal. Venue is the District Court of Aalborg.
