1 Aid for Practitioners
First Aid Course – 6 Hours for RAB Practitioners and Other Interested Participants
This course fulfills the mandatory first aid requirements for RAB practitioners, who are required to renew their first aid certification every two years.
Gain Life-Saving Skills and Be Prepared to Make a Difference
Do you need to update your first aid certification for your RAB registration, or would you simply like to be well-prepared to act in an emergency? Then this course is an excellent opportunity.
No prior experience is required, and you do not need to be a practitioner to participate.
Course Content
- The four main principles of first aid
- First aid for an unconscious person who is not breathing
- First aid for an unconscious person who is breathing
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Practical first aid exercises and emergency response procedures
