Qi Gong Retreat – Calm, Presence, and Immersion
Step out of the pace of everyday life and into a space where body and mind are given the opportunity to settle and calm down.
This retreat is rooted in Qi Gong — a gentle yet profound practice that, through slow movements, breathing, and mindful awareness, supports the body’s natural balance. Through daily sessions, we work with regulating the nervous system, increasing body awareness, and creating a sense of inner calm and stability.
The retreat takes place in beautiful, peaceful surroundings where nature plays an active role in the experience. There is space for silence, reflection, and restoration — away from demands and distractions.
Food is a central part of the retreat experience. You will be nourished with healthy, delicious, and wholesome meals, prepared with care for both body and wellbeing. The meals support the body’s need for energy and balance and contribute to an overall sense of vitality and lightness.

No previous experience with Qi Gong is required — everyone is welcome.
The days will be structured around an alternation between shared practice, breaks, time in nature, and space to simply be with whatever arises and with what, the Qi Gong practice brings forward. Emphasis is placed on creating a safe and undisturbed environment where you can let go of pace and performance.
This retreat is an invitation to return to the simple things: movement, breath, silence, and nourishment.
